I had to have an engine replaced and also a lot of major work to be completed on my 2006 Ford Ranger that has 204000 miles on it. I can't say enough for the excellent service that I had received from Randy,Tammy,Todd and his Mechanics. I did have a problem with the first engine that was sent to Martins from the vendor, but Randy and the team had taken care of all of this with the vendor and before I new it I had a new engine installed in the truck with the rental car being taken care of by the vendor, all coordinated by Randy and his team. The truck runs great. Thanks for all your help and excellent service. Pat

Pat, Thanks for the great review; I am truly sorry about the failed engine from Jasper sometimes that happens beyond anyone?s control. That is why we partner with featured vendors such as Jasper- in the event of a problem they have my back so I can cover yours a lot easier making it a win-win situation for both of us. My experience was very pleasant. The facilities were very clean and comfortable for waiting. Although it took a little longer than expected, I appreciate the way they went over my van and gave a list of things that need to be done, a cost for those repairs and the urgency of each of them. You have my business. Thanks for a job well done.

This was my first time using Martin Automotive. They were able to find the problem with my vehicle and then called me with an estimate before doing any of the repairs. The customer service was excellent. They seem very genuine and honest and I truly appreciated their shuttle service. I will definitely refer them and use their services again.
