Great service, friendly, efficient, and very professional.

The staff is very knowledgeable and considerate. The waiting room was incredibly comfortable and I was told to "make myself at home." After diagnostic testing, a staff member came to the waiting room, sat on the couch with me, and spent time teaching me about what was found. I really appreciated the fact that he provided understandable explanations and answered all of my questions in an un-biased manner. Very professional! You've got my business!

Service was quick and my heat shield was temporarly fixed which was great!! Always great visiting with you guys!

I am always pleased with the service provided by Martin Automotive. The employees provide quality care for my vehicles, so I am always confident my cars are in top working condition. Their facility is very clean and has such a nice and comfortable waiting area. Most of all, I appreciate Martin Automotive's top-notch, honest employees. They are always willing to explain anything I do not understand, as well as give me a variety of maintenance/repair options when necessary. I have had several vehicles serviced at Martin Automotive since they first opened for business, including a 1/2 ton truck, two autos and one RV. I have had scheduled maintenance, like oil changes and tires, unscheduled and sometimes unusual maintenance due to problems and some "projects". I have never had a problem with any work or materials at Martin Automotive. I've never had to take something back for rework. All work was done as agreed and as scheduled. It's difficult to come up with something, anything, to suggest as an improvement when everything is always done right. Maybe Gourmet coffee in the new guest waiting room? Maybe WiFi? Anyway, thanks Martin Auto for being there for us.

We had problems with our tires and we call Martin Automotive and they found tires for us that were affordable and a good quality. They installl the tires and gave our van a quick look at to make sure things were in proper working order. They provided great service and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
