The staff at Martin was courteous and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. They quoted me a price that was comparable to other shops and they had the best warranty on a new engine. They seemed very upfront with me and my bill ended up being a tad less than their quote. They even followed up with me afterwards and told me to feel free to call with any questions. They got they job done promptly and with great customer service.

There's usually a degree of anxiety when you unexpectedly have to take a car to a garage and you don't know what to expect. The result can sometimes be very detrimental to the family budget. However, this has not been the case when taking my vehicles to Martin Automotive. Because of their professionalism, coupled with a welcome degree of integrity, I can easily recommend these fine folks to everyone. My experiences with several vehicles since they opened for business have been has been a pleasure. My 2004 Focus, for instance, is getting up there in age/miles and I was recently very concerned about it. Guess what? It got fixed in an affordable, timely fashion and is back on the road and my family finances are still intact. (As good as can be expected for a retiree, that is.) Thanks guys, for a job well done!!!!

I came in for an oil change and to have a shimmy checked out. They took care of both while I waited and as usual they only did what they needed to. They turned my rotors but told me I didn't need new break pads. It is nice to be able to trust that they won't try to sell me something that I don't need.

I had to have an engine replaced and also a lot of major work to be completed on my 2006 Ford Ranger that has 204000 miles on it. I can't say enough for the excellent service that I had received from Randy,Tammy,Todd and his Mechanics. I did have a problem with the first engine that was sent to Martins from the vendor, but Randy and the team had taken care of all of this with the vendor and before I new it I had a new engine installed in the truck with the rental car being taken care of by the vendor, all coordinated by Randy and his team. The truck runs great. Thanks for all your help and excellent service. Pat
