I have taken my car into Martin multiple times, and it has been amazing. Not only is the staff intimately knowledgeable about cars/engines but will explain a part(s) to you if you have the time. I have never been pressured into a repair and will only do work that I authorize. I even take my friends cars there. If you haven't there for your repair needs your doing it wrong.

I was very satisfied as usual- but especially excited since Randy took the time to look at & FIX my remote key.He also informed me as to why they stop working so I have been trying not to toss my keys on the table. I did drop them on concrete & thankfully they still work.It's definitely a neccesity when our cold weather sets in. Thanx Randy! Mary Bolton

Martin Automotive...you did it again. Great service. Todd was able to get me an appointment for the next day when I realized I was due for an oil change. Had my car done faster than I needed it. Customer service is superb!!

What I always like is that they make sure I understand what needs to be done and if I have more questions then they take the time to explain it to me. I used to work on my own car many years ago, so I do know something about what they are talking about and always have many more questions. They are always there to explain to me in detail of what needs to be done.
