My experience was very pleasant. The facilities were very clean and comfortable for waiting. Although it took a little longer than expected, I appreciate the way they went over my van and gave a list of things that need to be done, a cost for those repairs and the urgency of each of them. It is with great pleasure that I can report another satisfying auto maintenance experience at Martin Automotive. On this occasion, it was what we used to refer to in the aircraft business as "Scheduled Maintenance," a 45K mile factory recommended inspection. This is opposed to "Unscheduled Maintenance," whereby something has failed or is about to fail and requires immediate attention. When you perform the recommended "Scheduled Maintenance," you ward off or even totally eliminate the very unpleasant, untimely and usually the more expensive "Unscheduled Maintenance." I have experienced both at Martin Automotive and I can say that they excel at BOTH. It quickly becomes quite obvious that Martin Automotive personnel care about customer satisfaction and doing a good job at the best possible price, which is especially important to retirees I might add. (Some call it 'getting the best bang for the buck'.) I can easily recommend Martin Automotive, mainly because of such a proven high level of integrity, quality of service and the ability of doing the job right the first time.

How lucky we are to have this wonderful place in Washington! Not only are they the BEST in repair and service work, but also can do routine maintance work, as well as tire work, or even help get the new tires best suited for your car!
