After hearing an advertisement on the radio, I recently took my Infiniti G35 to Martin Automotive for scheduled maintenance. The service spoiled me. If you're in the market for service on your vehicle, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't check these folks out. From beginning to end they made me feel like I was their best customer.

It is with great pleasure that I can report another satisfying auto maintenance experience at Martin Automotive. On this occasion, it was what we used to refer to in the aircraft business as "Scheduled Maintenance," a 45K mile factory recommended inspection. This is opposed to "Unscheduled Maintenance," whereby something has failed or is about to fail and requires immediate attention. When you perform the recommended "Scheduled Maintenance," you ward off or even totally eliminate the very unpleasant, untimely and usually the more expensive "Unscheduled Maintenance." I have experienced both at Martin Automotive and I can say that they excel at BOTH. It quickly becomes quite obvious that Martin Automotive personnel care about customer satisfaction and doing a good job at the best possible price, which is especially important to retirees I might add. (Some call it 'getting the best bang for the buck'.) I can easily recommend Martin Automotive, mainly because of such a proven high level of integrity, quality of service and the ability of doing the job right the first time.

How lucky we are to have this wonderful place in Washington! Not only are they the BEST in repair and service work, but also can do routine maintance work, as well as tire work, or even help get the new tires best suited for your car! All done in a professional friendly manner with reasonable fair pricing. Why take your cars any where else?

I have had my vehicles serviced with Martin Autobody for a few years and they are top-notch. I think what impressed me was the honesty they told me about my dying PT Cruiser. They helped me tremendously with inspecting vehicles for my replacement car at a reasonable cost. They are A+++ in my book.
