I dropped off my Suburban without an appointmemt due to a burst break line. I left the keys in the drop box along with a message. They were able to start working on it the next day. Problem solved and vehicle running good again but more importantly it is safe.

Thanks for a great experience. Transportation provided, and a clear explanation of all charges. Tammy and Todd helped us coordinate schedules with 2 cars in the shop at the same time. Good to know necessary maintenance done going into the winter.

Great service, Ask for Ron. They are all very friendly though and very helpful, having only been there a couple times I can tell you why I trust them. I told them that I thought I had a bearing going out because a dealership told me I did and wanted to replace it. Instead of just replacing it and charging me they still checked it out and it really didn't need replaced. They are good people and I will continue to service my vehicles with Martin's and you should too.

They went out of their way to take my children and me home when were expecting to have to wait for the vehicle to be finished, and they even returned my vehicle to my home afterwards saving me another trip out. This was especially helpful as I had a very busy day and plans for the evening. Thanks Martin Automotive!
