Brought my car in yesterday with concerns about the brakes. Many service places would see this as a great opportunity to "find" issues with someone's vehicle, so I was kind of expecting a nice bill but figured better to let them fix whatever is wrong. Anyway, the call came about 2 hours after I dropped it off, and to my surprise they said the only thing that it needed was a good lube, which they did as part of the inspection, and said I needed wipers (which was accurate). On top of that, they even offered to come pick me up when the work was done. All in all, great experience. Thanks!

Awesome service! I took my wife's car to the shop because she had run over something while taking her elderly parents out. I switched cars with her and took her car to Martin Automotive. (never been to Martin's before) I mentioned to the guys at the counter that I had a business meeting within the next 2 hours and asked them to get the tire fixed as quickly as possible and they did that! I was out in 30 minutes! I told the guys at the counter that they now have a new customer (ME). Thanks for the great customer service that is so lacking today.

I dropped off my Suburban without an appointmemt due to a burst break line. I left the keys in the drop box along with a message. They were able to start working on it the next day. Problem solved and vehicle running good again but more importantly it is safe.
