Ron was a great help getting me set-up for my first appointment. I felt their recommendations on what needed to be done were fair, unlike what some Ford dealer in Peoria was trying to push on me. Good first experience. Will go back and probably take my wife's car in when needed also.

The staff are are willing to answer questions and do not try to sell services or things that are not needed. The waiting room is very nice and clean but a shuttle service is available if I am not able to wait. Prices are very reasonable and fair, and are explained prior to any repairs. Quality service, trustworthy staff I have been taking our cars to Martin Automotive for almost four years now, and they are in great shape due to Martin Automotive's excellent work. The staff is always willing to answer my questions or explain information to me. They do not pressure me into making repairs. I feel that I usually have plenty of time to budget for any upcoming repairs/maintenance. The shop's waiting area is very comfortable, safe, and kid-friendly. Very happy with the work that was done. It's a 40 mile drive into your shop and if I wasn't retired, I would find someplace closer to have my car service. There is always something to do on the square in town. So for now...I will continue to make the drive into your shop..
