I had an unexpected pricey repair on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, I was pleased to learn that they avoided making it expensive by performing the task with an alternative method. The shop is very good about explaining what the issue is and what is needed to fix it. I would recommend this shop just based on their excellent communication. It is a clean and organized facility. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be coming back here in the future.

Martin Automotive always goes above and beyond. I took my 2002 Honda there for some regular maintenance along with some other issues it was having. I recently had an “oops” with my front bumper. A non accident type of oops is all I will say. My bumper at the time I dropped it off was attached with wire ties. When I went to pick it up; they had reattached it without me even asking, or charging me to do so! She is good to go now! That alone saved me from having to buy a new bumper. I am forever grateful! My Honda is running great and looks better too! Thanks Martin Automotive!
