I have a 2012 Ford Escape and broke the serpentine belt. I called the dealership that I normally use, but the wait was 2 months out. When contacting Martin Automotive, Lydia stated that they could possibly look at it by Tuesday and urged me to get it there in case they had an available slot. They ended up working on it the same day. I was informed that the serpentine belt shredded due to a seized tensioner and during the inspection they suggested that I should have an oil change, brake service flush, cooling system flush, and transmission flush. I agreed to all of these services since my vehicle has high miles. JL,the technician, was very efficient and even cleaned the corroded contacts on my battery! I think he may have an "S" on his shirt since he worked me in and completed the job in one day. Lydia, who was also fantastic, called at 3:45 stating I could come get it but I was at work. She took my payment over the phone, and put my keys in a locked box so I could pick it up before Monday. Best service ever! Price was reasonable and my vehicle is purring like a kitten! Will definitely be back!

These guys did what I wanted done on the Corvette. A lot of shops want nothing to do with these older cars. Reasonable and great service.
