I personally like how they tell you a price and the problem and don’t stray from that price quoted. Now maybe this means I take all my vehicles in too much, but I like the personal greetings by my name, has more of a friendly feel rather than taking to a stranger and not feeling the comfortableness , I know I will be treated well and fairly.

I've been going to Martin Automotive for over 2 years and during that time I have received exceptional service across the board, with a very polite & professional staff!! Keep up the great work and it should be noted that I rarely give 5 star ratings but when you earn it you get that 5th star!!

The best vehicle and customer service. Fair prices IMO. They offer recommendations, with quotes, for your knowledge but without pressure to “do it today “. My wife loves that she isn’t talked down to when taking our cars in. That’s happened at a couple other shops.
