This was my first time using Martin Automotive. They were able to find the problem with my vehicle and then called me with an estimate before doing any of the repairs. The customer service was excellent. They seem very genuine and honest and I truly appreciated their shuttle service. I will definitely refer them and use their services again.

After hearing an advertisement on the radio, I recently took my Infiniti G35 to Martin Automotive for scheduled maintenance. The service spoiled me. It is with great pleasure that I can report another satisfying auto maintenance experience at Martin Automotive. On this occasion, it was what we used to refer to in the aircraft business as "Scheduled Maintenance," a 45K mile factory recommended inspection. This is opposed to "Unscheduled Maintenance," whereby something has failed or is about to fail and requires immediate attention. When you perform the recommended "Scheduled Maintenance," you ward off or even totally eliminate the very unpleasant, untimely and usually the more expensive "Unscheduled Maintenance." I have experienced both at Martin Automotive and I can say that they excel at BOTH. It quickly becomes quite obvious that Martin Automotive personnel care about customer satisfaction and doing a good job at the best possible price, which is especially important to retirees I might add. (Some call it 'getting the best bang for the buck'.) I can easily recommend Martin Automotive, mainly because of such a proven high level of integrity, quality of service and the ability of doing the job right the first time.
