Excellent service

I am now taking both my vehicles to Martin Automotive. I am completely pleased with the service I am given! I never feel like I have been " taken to the cleaners" !!! This means a llot to me!!!

They have a great shop, well trained techs and are professionally mananged. They addressed a problem with our Lexus and with our VW. Priced right. Very glad I found this outstanding shop located in Washington which is 10 minutes from most anywhere in Peoria.

These folks are my heros. 19 days into a 21 day roadtrip, my clutch burnt out. Not only did they graciously get me back on the road in less than twenty four hours, but they drove me to and from the hotel to boot. They are kind, helpful and fun to chat with. They made a potentially upsetting ordeal easier and I made a few new friends. Thanks, guys.

This shop is amazing. The quality work and parts they use are the best. Recently they were able to squeeze me in for a break job right before a long trip to Chicago. Sooo appreciative and it made me feel safer!!!! The staff is patient, experienced, and just a joy to speak with. It also helps that they have a great waiting area with WIFI so I don’t have to loose work time.
