I've always been very satisfied with the auto repairs provided by Martin Automotive. I appreciate the full car inspection and the honesty in the car repairs they recommend. Having future car maintentance recommendations on our invoice is great for being able to schedule future maintenance. I wouldn't trust my automotive repair with anyone else.

Just a note to let you know how the X'er is doing with the new air ride suspension.
It is doing just great! Not only does it ride better and set nice and level, it corners much better....before it was "wallowing" in the turns and I figured it was just due to being big and heavy...not so. Too often, people do not take the time to let business people know when something went right....and this sure did! Thanks for a job well done and please use me as a reference however you wish. P.S. The air ride system is air tight. I went and got a digital (down to the tenths of a pound) air gauge and it hasn't lost any air since the installation.
Martin Automotive did a lot of work on my car when I needed it, took the time to explain to me what was wrong with it, and explained the price before the work was done. I mainly worked with the owner, he took the time to work on my car right and gave me some recommended repairs that needed to be done in the future. Fatastic shop!! Brought my vehicle in to install an aftermarket exhaust, Eibach suspension, and a 4 wheel alignment. Service was compleed on the same day and below estimate!!! Did a fantastic job! Will call on Martin Automotive again for my next upgrade or repair. M. Jones, Normal, IL
While shopping for tires at other stores, I felt I was dealt with half heartedly and as "just another customer." When I walked into Martin Automotive, 15 minutes after close, I was greeted by Randy with a big smile and a welcoming hello. He showed me several different options and gave me his honest advise. It was now 45 minutes after close. The prices were as good as anyone else could do and I could have gone anywhere else, but because of the way I was dealt with by Randy it was a "no brainer!? Oberlander Electric has been using Martin Automotive since it has opened and we have enjoyed the great service that we have received from them. They are very honest; they give an estimate before the work is done. They let me approve what work that I want done and then they do the work in a timely fashion. Because our business down time on a vehicle is very important; if that vehicle is not on the road, it is not making us any money. The pricing that I receive is very fair as I have to look what is best for the company. And when you back it up with good service you will get and keep repeat clients. My first experience with Martin Automotive was after an accident that bent my front axel.
